Hey Mitch
It looks like some of your keys could be a couple of frames earlier. Its weird, but to get them sincing up really well sometimes you have to hit a pose a few frames ahead of the hook in the audio.
Like where he says "Rock-ing" and when he stands up, try moving the keys so that they hit 2 frames sooner and see how it looks.
Its normal for even a very experienced animator to have to spend time experimenting with the timing of the keys before being happy with it. In the olden day we would have said, timing is worked out at the linetester, not the drawing board. Guess they are the same thing these days, but my point is that it shouldn't be your first guess and it isn't an exact science, expect to have to spend time tweeking your timing.
I'd also say be ware of pose where the body is more or less straight and just the arm off the side is moving. Remember that great moment at the start of your scene last year when he said "modest", obviously a character cant move like that on every pose, but it is better to use the whole character to dive home the message, even if it is just something subtle
